With decades of experience in the multifamily industry. Todd is the visionary behind the DOLOVO platform and helps guide the overall direction and philosophy of the company.   In his role as a Division Partner at Alliance Residential, Mr. Oglesby has been involved with and directly responsible for the development of 45+ multifamily properties (over 15,000 units) with a total capitalization exceeding $3 Billion. With previous experience as an engineer and construction executive, Mr. Oglesby has a passion for bringing process and efficiency to the construction and development process – and launched DOLOVO to help bring transparency and scale to multifamily development. 

 

Prior to joining Alliance, Todd was a Development Manager for Southeast Capital Partners, where he was responsible for managing the design, marketing and construction of apartment and condominium communities in the Atlanta area. Previously, he worked as a Project Manager for one of the Southeast’s largest general contracting firms, managing commercial and industrial projects. 

Mr. Oglesby graduated from Georgia Tech with a Civil Engineering Degree and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
